Born in the USA. Currently living and working in Hong Kong.
I appreciate photography as both an art form and a means of self-expression. I like to balance a reportage sensibility with a fine art style.
My projects are often dramatic while illuminating and playful. My photography often questions how one can capture and manipulate light and dark. For example, my portraiture often leverages form, shadow, and light to highlight the main subject.
I am currently represented at After Art Gallery in England at After Art Gallery (https://www.after-art.co.uk). I have participated in several group exhibitions in London and had photographs selected as finalists in several international contests. I received a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington in Seattle.
